Tracking your blood sugar
Tracking your blood sugar every day is an important part of managing your diabetes. It’s a good idea to bring your blood sugar tracker to every medical appointment. That way, you and your health care provider can tell if your blood sugar levels are changing and how your diabetes management plan is working. If you’re not meeting your target blood sugar goal, your health care provider may adjust or change your treatment plan.
